Parade- Saturday 10am

Tractor Pull- Saturday 1pm

Steak feed-Saturday 4pm

Grange Breakfast-Saturday and Sunday 6am

Classic Car Show-Sunday 10am

Instructions:

 

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE

-Copy of health permit & Proof of Insurance
  2. FEES:
    -Commercial Vendors $35.00

-Non-Profit Vendor $100.00

 

GENERAL RULES:

  1. -Application and fees returned by the middle of July.
  2. -All spaces are assigned by the committee. The committee works on first come first served bases.
  3. -Only vendors who have pre-registered will be guaranteed power.
  4. -Please place all garbage and trash in the provided containers. Please check your site before you leave.
  5. -You may set up Friday afternoon and evening. If you set up Friday you will be responsible for your site.
  6. -If you set up Saturday you will need to be in place with all vehicles removed by 8:30.
  7. -There will be no smoking on the Bee Grounds due to the extreme fire danger.

 

VEHICLES:

-ALL VEHICLES MOST BE REMOVED FROM GROUNDS AFTER UNLOADING.
